Getting costs for Sky Q / Broadband / Call deal in writing before purchasing

My elderly / disabled sister is interested in purchasing Sky Q / Broadband and call package but Sky adviser said they do not confirm costs by email.  My sister wants to see in writing what she is getting for her money before purchasing.  Is it possible to get costs detailed by letter.

They send the email once she's joined up (usually within a couple of minutes). My son joined Sky Q and BB in December. The cost will be based on the agreed deal with the agent and the calls are recorded should there be an issue down the line.
