Refund

Hi - I've been owed a £25.91 refund from Sky for over 6 months now yet each and every time I've phoned them up they just put me through the same old rigmarole after taking my bank account details saying "it'll be in your account anytime within 3-5 days" - yet they've failed to do so on 8 occasions !!! I know it's not much but it'd really come in handy halfway through a working month and I just hate going through the process of having this carrot dangled in front of me each and every time I contact them. What's up with these people ???

Yes as I recently re-registered with SkyStream and it's still showing on the Bills and Payments part of my TV screen as -£25.91 in the process of being refunded back into my account from Friday 21 March - and although 3-5 days hasn't fully passed yet I'll be absolutely amazed if it's in my account by Friday.

Its 3-5 working days so if it hasn't been reimbursed by Saturday post back in this thread and we can escalate it to the Messaging Team.

Welp it's now 4:20am on Saturday 29th March and my refund still hasn't been refunded back into my bank account.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.
