So, great, you can win in the ballots. I have on like my second time of entering. Uselessly though, they've emailed ME to say I've won and not my son whose name and email I used to enter. And yeah, I did change the details and he's even got the confirmation email of entering. Now I'm the named ticketholder that has to pick up the tickets pre-match and that's extremely inconvenient. I've gone from happy for my son and grandson to being disappointed on their behalf, because I'm not gonna make it to the stadium. Even if I did, I'd be left alone outside and making my own way home. I have no interest in going to the game myself. Is there no chance of getting the named ticketholder changed?
