Refund

Hi my next payment says it 54 pounds it should me 44 pounds as it was agreed you were going to refund me 12 x 10 pounds if you look at my last bill it was 44 pounds I phoned you customer service department about 6 weeks ago ok this it was due to the fact that you didn't pay me the correct amount when I switched from virgin to you

Is the amount you believe you're still owed showing as a credit on your account, which can be used on future bills meaning less or no money will leave your normal payment method?

You'll need to call Sky again to clarify what's happening with this. We obviously have no view of your account and bills.
