Automatic contract renewal email
My contract is up this month but I have received an email from sky saying they will renew for a year with my current deals continuing. When I check my future bills however this doesn't seem to be the case as my september bill is £93 but my october bill is £95.1 and my bill from December £103.

Re: Automatic contract renewal email
What do your itemised bills show the increase as?
I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Re: Automatic contract renewal email
It might be that the future bills were already showing the increase before you were sent then email so if the first one is still showing the £2 increase 3 weeks before it is due to be paid then you will need to call Sky and speak to them about this.
