We closed our sky account late last year and have returned all equipment and we have confirmation of their receipt. Our account is £61.84 in credit. When will we receive the refund on this. Have tried to call today a been completely fobbed off.
You are quick to take money, yet won't pay back what is owed. Please have someone call us urgently about this.

Find out moreTo get you some help the refund I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this, so if the bubble hasn't appeared by 7pm it will be tomorrow that they will contact you by it:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.
