Refund post contract cancellation
Hi I cancelled my contracts and returned my equipment. I have been expecting a refund and instead I have a credit. Please refund the monies to my bank account as soon as possible. My DD is still open so there should be no issue there.

Why is it so hard to get the refund and why am I given just a credit? Also why is it so hard to speak to a person and not go round the houses to get a resolution

Why should I contact them via these methods? Should I not be automatically refunded as promised? Looking at the many posts I am not alone in this. Sky seems to follow this process quite often and then the ex customer has to chase.

It will be auto refunded but that cane take weeks upon weeks to be processed so if you are happy to wait then you can do so. Contacting them speeds this up.
