Hello,
I want to pay my outstanding Disney+ bill before it's cancelled. I need it for the holiday season. I rang the number that was shown on my TV screen and nothing.
So I can pay for it now.

If not call the number as advised.

Already tried this, through the TV, but it requires activation, which btw is strange as I already can watch Disney+. So there's an error somewhere. I pay Disney+ through Sky Marketplace. But can't find an

In the Mysky app on a phone or tablet.
Go to the TV section, then My Bill section, there will be a section listed Marketplace, under that click on View subscriptions.
For Sky Stream puck or Sky Q - Press Home on your Sky remote, then select My Sky at the bottom of the screen.
You’ll then see a screen with your purchases. Select Your products. You’ll then be asked to enter your Sky TV PIN number.

Just tried it. I was getting hopeful until it refused to accept my payment method. I have funds in bank.
