I have cancelled my broadband as it was not activated even after waiting for a month. Even the openreach engineer visit was done but not activated and one engineer didn't even turned up to my location then I cancelled it on 01 st May 2024 and still waiting for the refund. I must have called them hundred times and still ask me to wait 3-5 days. Sometimes tech issue, billing cycle, sky account and all the excuses i have received for the refund. I have received many mails and messages that refund has been initiated but when i call them, I get the same statement that prev agent didn't initiate the refund so I am doing so. There is no communication in between them. Everytime I have to repeat my issue. I was even told that they will call me back and I never received any call or sms or email. Worst service ever , worst customer care, worst network, worst company.

As per sky agent, she mentioned it is there in my sky account. I don't have the application and i am unable to see that through website

Find out more@Jagrit the fact that the refund has been initiated multiple times, to no avail, would suggest some anomaly with your account which needs some investigation. On the fact of it, the chances are that if any adviser tries to initiate another refund, it's likely to fail in the same way. I would suggest raising a formal complaint, explaining what has happened up to now.
