Do I need a landline to have my broadband and tv.

For broadband, yes, unless you have a separate fibre optic cable to your home. For Sky Stream TV you need a broadband connection, but for Sky Q TV, you don't. Instead you need a satellite dish, or if you live in a flat, a connection to the communal dish.

'landline' isn't really a useful concept these days. As @Mark39 indicates, terrestrial broadband requires a data bearer cable (copper or optical) and will have a PAYG digital voice call service bundled with it by default.
