Refund on credit

I've recently been given a credit due to a delay in my broadband being activated.  I would like to get this refunded into my bank account but there is no way to select this option only to pay more in. How can I get a refund ?

This type of automatic compensation is placed on your Sky account and used towards future payments. You could call Sky and ask about refunding to your bank but don't be surprised if Sky say no.
