Received return packaging I didn’t request

Just had returns packaging arrive but my contract isn't due to expire for another couple of months and I've had no conversations or messages about leaving, I did have an email 2 weeks ago that I reported as phish as I will be looking to renew if the price is good - can some one advise if OK to just ignore or if needs escalating, thanks.

@LisadS

Have you had any devices turn up likes mobiles or tablets ?

Does anything appear here regarding this packaging:

Re: Received return packaging I didn’t request

@caesarome no devices have turned up and yes having just checked it does appear exactly like that, which is even stranger as I've not had any communications about leaving so I'm stumped.

Does your account say what is supposed to be returned ?

Have you made any changes to your account recently so anything to TV or Broadband ?

Re: Received return packaging I didn’t request

@caesarome  Nothing changed from my side of things - just checked out my messages and I was sent something to say another provider has contacted Sky to say I am leaving but obviously I am not so I have no idea where that has even come from - any idea what the quickest way is to get this resolved for me please?

@caesarome no, no landline since moving to Sky nearly 2 years ago.

@LisadS

Even though you don't use it, you would have a landline service with either Sky or even another company if you are a Sky Broadband customer for a good few years.

All I can suggest is that you give Sky a call about this as they should be able to look into why this packaging has been sent out as it might be that someone has made a mistake somewhere with their order and has used your address in error.
