When in the app and I click to access VIP rewards it takes me to website that then say's can't access.

I have looked to contact Sky but all the different options are a nightmare

If you are doing this on a mobile see if it works where connected to mobile data instead if you are using Wifi, or if using mobile data try using it when connected to a Wifi connection.

Although there are probably less staff in today and tomorrow have you tried calling? They can do any transactions for you.
