Refund issues

I'm due a refund apparently. The only issue is they won't give it back the way they took it. Has to be a cheque.  Really doesn't work for me anyway! But bigger issue is they won't allow me time to input my account number to authorise the repayment. So it keeps timing out and cuts me off!!!!

Usually the only reason they will send you a cheque is if you have cancelled your payment method on your account so is this the case ?

 

Have you left Sky os this why you are due this refund ?
