Hi, I got sky glass over a month ago now and shortly after getting glass i got my final sky q bill showing i'm in credit, how long does this take to be paid back or do i need to call sky to request the money back?

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
