Refund from sky q bill when taking glass

Hi, I got sky glass over a month ago now and shortly after getting glass i got my final sky q bill showing i'm in credit, how long does this take to be paid back or do i need to call sky to request the money back?

Do you have Sky Broadband because if you do the credit will be used against the bill for it.

 

If you don't we can help you via here to get it refunded if you want ?

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
