I decided to look at my bills after brother said to check via my sky glass as bills often not what expected I noticed that since August 2022 I had been paying for Netflix even though it was included in package which is something not aware of so never questioned the £4.month for Netflix untill my brother said check your account on sky glass this is when I noticed, I was told I would be refunded but when I looked later seen it was still on there but would be taken off in November obviously confused so called again and was told again I would get refunded but I wanted to know why I was told it was done by default because I had ads free which I paid separately £5 month surely I should of have been asked about it before being charged for it so basically I have been paying £9 for ads free a month this still makes no sense that for over two years been paying for something I never asked or explained that if I go ads free by default Netflix will go ads free too I am really upset as pay over £120 for TV and broadband and for years paying for something that I did not ask or give permission and was done by default is that even legal

You'll have to take it up directly with Sky again.

Bear in mind even if NetFlix is 'included' it is still itemised and paid for. (The combined price of the base subscription and NetFlix add up to the offered price)

If what your saying is the case should they not explain it better as don't understand if something is included you don't pay for it separately they said when asked for ads free with sky not Netflix that it happens by default even Google ask for permission if you want to use them as default browser thanks for link

Not helpful but thank you I would know if I upgraded as I said sky employee whom spoke to said it happened by default when I added and paid £5 for but should of been told or when upgraded in 2022 it was misrepresented
