Can't login with invalid postal code

Just oreder the boardband services this morning. 

After completed the login vertification (like email & password), system requested to enter my postal code.

After input, it shows "Invalid postcode", what can I do??

Hi, 

The first sales lady input with wrong postal code & made it fail to search.

After another smart sales help me to fix, everything was solved now.
