Refund for my returned sky broadband equipment

I returned my equipment before the deadline after the cancellation. However, it has now been more than three months since I returned it, and I still haven’t received my refund. I have contacted several people through the chat service, and all of them assured me that I would receive my refund within 2–3 working days. However, I still have not received my money. Could you please process my refund urgently? I would not recommend Sky to anyone else based on this experience.

Are you saying you were charged a non return fee in error or do you see a credit on your account due to an overpayment prior to leaving Sky ?

@SLB91  As this is a customer helps customer community a refund wouldn't be processed on the back of your post, no one at Sky will know who you are.

 

Is this a Non return fee or a refund of acredit due to overpayent?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
