Refund

Hi received email saying I have a refund due as previously a Sky Broadband customer (now cancelled). I didn't want to open link so have checked my Sky account and yes says I have refund due of £8.07.  How do I obtain this. Many thanks

@Freya29  You can either use the link as it's valid and the credit is true or we can ask the community messaging team to contact you via the community messaging service.
