Hey,
I am just wondering if I will get a refund for my Sky equipment once it has been received. I missed the deadline as my local post office was raided on Boxing Day and is still closed. I have been charged £275. I have now posted the equipment back and kept proof of posting. When can I expect my money to be refunded? Thanks for your help.

I’ll escalate your original post to Sky when it’s ten minutes old and the Messaging Team should contact you later.
You need to watch out for a post from one of the team inviting you to a private chat and then you should see a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread fairly regularly.

Good Morning,
I was told two weeks ago that the refund for my Sky equipment would be in my bank within 3-5 days and it is still sat as a credit on account with Sky. I requested it to be refunded, could you please organise it to be put into my babk account as a matter of urgency now that I have waited longer than I was told it would be. It is such a shame that it hasn't been refunded, yet you keep sending letters and emails trying to tempt me back.
