High bill!!

My Sky bill was nearly £40 higher than last month, the only thing that's changed is that I've moved house. I've got two charges (HIGH charges!) for Broadband despite having no WiFi for almost 2 weeks. It's getting harder and harder to justify Sky.

Such an increase is usually due to discounts expiring.

 

There have been some reports of discounts being incorrectly removed following a home move - were they due to expire?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own
