Refund confirmation e mail

Got a refund  from Sky who put it  on my account but I rang them to ask for it paying into Bank account which they said they would and would send e mail confirming this but I haven't received e mail or text from them! Help how long do I wait to receive so called email .

The refund can take anywhere between 3-5 days to appear bank in your bank account so when did you call them ?

 

No idea on the email though.

What was the refund for? They are normally added to your Sky account as a credit to go towards future bills.

It was a job they should have done but they kept cancelling it's compensation, when I rang them and asked about it being paid into bank account they said yes that's fine they said they had sent the e mail but I can't find one!

I only called them today and they did say 3-5 working days which I'm fine with it's the confirmation e mail I don't seem to be able to find off them.

So if Sky agreed to it being paid into your bank account, as @caesarome has indicated it would take 3-5 working days so how long ago was this arranged?

Today but I'm fine with the 3-5 working days it's the e mail confirmation I can't seem to find!

Ahh he said he'd sent me one but I can't see it think the only thing I can do is wait over the next eeek and see if anything happens
