Multiple Sky accounts, unable to use MySky app
Hello,
I'm looking for some help after multiple failed attempts to resolve this through Sky customer services. I currently have two Sky accounts, one for Sky Mobile and another for Broadband and Talk. Both are linked to two different email addresses as I believe they can't use the same email address.
The problem is I can't access the MySky app using my Sky Mobile account and email, it says "Your account is not authorised to access the My Sky app". I know this sounds fairly minor but I often need to top up my data from my piggy bank which is much easier to do via the app. I can access my Broadband and Talk account using MySky but this doesn't include anything about my Sky Mobile account.
There is the ability to link two accounts together but this presents a message saying "Your account has already been linked". This is strange because it doesn't appear to be true.
Speaking to CS today, he asked if I ever had a Now TV account which is correct. He thinks the Now TV account is also linked to the same email address so is creating a conflict. I'm able to log in with the same email to Now TV (athough there is no active service). I understand Now TV is a Sky subsidary so I assume they share backends... I've asked Now TV CS to close my account and they simply say, it already is closed even though I still have a login... What the hell...
I've been told there is no way to combine both my Sky accounts which would be the best solution. Any ideas how I can resolve this so I can see all my Sky information under one login and via the MySky app?

Have you logged into your Now account to remove this email address that is associated with it ?
Regarding your mobile account as you can't use the app have you tried via your online account instead:
https://www.sky.com/myaccount/mobile

I can't see any option to remove my email address or completely close my Now TV account online. I asked CS on the phone and they said there was nothing else that could be done. I even requested everything be deleted under GDPR in an effort to "clear the slate" but I don't think he understood. I have an email address I can try but ultimately this is a Sky problem that should be sorted internally with Now TV if necessary.
Yes I can access my Sky Mobile account using a browser but I would prefer to use the app, and tbh there shouldn't be a technical reason I can't if I can access it via the browser.

Hi, did you get this sorted at all? I'm upgraded my phone and before I had tv, broadband and mobile on the app but on my new phone I only have tv and broadband. I've never had a now tv account.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you
