Refund after cancelling Sky Mobile

Does anyone know how I can get the remaining balance back from my Sky Mobile account? I cancelled my account last month and would like my remaining balance back. I've called them, and spoke to multiple people on messages but still haven't got the money back.

Did you cancel within the cooling off period or do you see a credit on your account ?

I paid my final bill earlier last month. I was on a SIM only contract. I used to put a lump sum in the account at the time, I was expecting to leave Sky so now I have a lot of money left on my account I want back.

Can you confirm if you now see a credit on your account and that your services are now cancelled ?

Yes my account is in credit and no longer using Sky. I left last month and transferred my number to a new company

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.

I spoke to someone on 8th who said I would get my money back within 3-5 days. That was 10 days ago and I still don't have the money in my account. What is happening?
