Refund after broadband cancelled
Hi cancelled broadband over six weeks ago and refund of nearly £20 still awaited. I have read that things can be escalated but don't know how to go about this and the virtual chat bots give no help

Re: Refund after broadband cancelled
@Alex1974
We could normally escalate this to Sky via their Messaging Team but unfortunately the process is currently switched off and will be for a 2-3 weeks. You will either need to wait or call Sky and speak to an agent.
NOTE: I only provide help on the forum boards so Direct Messaging is switched off

Re: Refund after broadband cancelled
@Alex1974 Escalation is currently unavailable so you will need to contact sky direct to request the credit refund
You can contact sky via social media using one of the options on the link below
If in ROI using the same link change the flag in bottom right hand corner and refresh the link before choosing an option
https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Online-Apps-Email/Want-to-private-message-Sky/ba-p/4895295#M1014
or if you still wish to call and have sky mobile/talk call 150 Calls to Sky Customer Services from your Sky Talk landline phone or a Sky mobile are free
The start will be automated which may try to send you here to the forum or suggest you receiving a text. Stay on the line as long as possible and don’t hang up. If necessary say nothing when the automated system asks you what your call is about as it should then route your call into a queue for the next available agent.
