Credit on Account

I cancelled my Sky broadband back in February which left a credit on my account which hasn't been refunded yet. The card is still active so I'm just wondering how I can get this refund sent me to me

We could normally escalate this to Sky via their Messaging Team but unfortunately the process is currently switched off and will be for a 2-3 weeks. You may need to call Sky and speak to an agent to process this.
