Refer a friend

This seems to be another query about referiing a friend.

I'm trying to set up my mother in law with broadband. Her son is actually doing it for her but when I sent him the referral code, he said he couldn't complete the process.

Anyone know why this would be or experienced the same issue?

All he should need to do is to place the order via the link you sent him so did he say what was happening ?

In that case he will have to call but make sure he tells them that you are referring them to see if they can both place the order and add you as the referrer.

Re: Refer a friend

Cheers

The issue may be that my mother in law has medical device (a wrist strap i case she falls) and this seems to stop the online order

Re: Refer a friend

Well, I rang them, was going through the automated reponses until it asked "Is your friend beside you to chat" They are only about 450 miles away so the answer would be " No" lol
