Delayed activation and installation

Hi, 

 

we got delayed twice (to no fault of our own) with the broadband being set up, and a separate day where the sky engineer cancelled on us. 

will we get compensation for this? And if so when is it likely to show up, and will it be to my bank account? Or will it just be a reduced bill. 

as you can tell, we are new to sky.

This gives details of the compensation scheme. It should be paid to your Sky account.within 31 days of installation: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/auto-compensation
