Refer a Friend Purchase Issue

Hello. I've been sent a refer a friend link to use so I can purchase BB and Sky Stream. I get all the way through the process and click on 'Place Order' and I just get a blank screen with no further information, however in the address bar it says the order has failed. This has happened 4 times now on 3 different browsers across 2 different devices. I've cleared cookies and cache and it still fails at the exact same page. I've received SMS from my current provider saying there has been a request to switch, but that's it - no confirmation and no order when I've called Sky. It has created a Sky ID for me, but there's no products or services linked to the ID. I've tried to go on chat but going around in circles with the SkyBot so I'm now at a loss.

 

I went to take the product without the refer a friend code and the deal is nowhere near as good and doesn't include the vouchers for the referer and myself, so I want to take the refer a friend deal. 

 

This has been such a difficult and terrible customer experience and I'm at a loss of where to go next, can someone please help?

Im surprised Sky can not place the order fir you as they should be able to giving them the reference details of the friend whose link you are trying to use.
