FINANCIAL DIFFICULTY

Can someone please get a member of SKY to phone me about my financial situation. I'm trying so hard to sort things out but my mental health/disabilities are not allowing me to do this. I'm an absolute mess. Been a SKY member for 26 YEARS and I feel like im being treated like an idiot I REALLY NEED TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE ON YHE PHONE

Sky won't / can't contact you based on your post. Your Community username isn't linked to any Sky accounts you may have, so no one knows who you are anyway. You need to initiate contact to discuss, although if your services are already restricted through non payment Sky won't speak to you until you've paid.

Well how the hell am I supposed to sort my payment if I cant speak to someone? I've exhausted EVERY number/link/avenue possible. My issue is I can't afford to pay an outstanding bill to just "speak to someone" That's ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. Completely defeats the point in me trying to get help

Unfortunately that is Skys policy if services are restricted which I now presume they are?
