Payment sent
I have sent you anpayment already and ot show as out going from my bank butnyour now asking for payment again

I'm afraid you're posting to other customers. Sky won't see your post, and even if they did, wouldn't be able easily to associate it with your account.
You should have an automated monthly direct debit or card payment set up. That being the case, there's no need for manual payments unless specifically requested by Sky.

If you have a continuous payment method set up (which you should have), you never need to make an unnecessary manual payment. Once the original planned payment has been processed a credit should appear on your Sky account for the amount you have overpaid. This should automatically be used to pay your next bill so on that bill date no/less money should be taken from your account. I would suggest NOT making any manual payments unless requested to by Sky.
If you prefer, once your extra payment is showing as a credit, contact Sky and ask for a refund which will take 3-5 working days.
