We are customers here. Having looked at your subscription and deciding what add-ons you can do without give Sky a call and see what they can offer.

@yvomel55  You would need to call Sky. If you are out of your minimum term contract you won't have any discounts and thus be paying the full list price for all the packages.

calling Sky and seeing what offers they can provide you will also put you on a new 18 month minimum term contract.

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number. If you are in the ROI on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Re: Reduce my bill

I just spoke to Sky my bill was 64 pounds when I first took it out 4 years ago and went up to 99 about a year ago and now it is 119 pounds which is basically double what we agreed on .. When I price out how much it would cost to take out my plan now it comes to about 80 pounds but was told only available to new customers.. is that not discrimination .. I'm cancelling and getting the sport on a different provider for much less ..

@wallserma

Nope. Most, if not all providers do this now. From recent posts on here it does seem that decent deals are increasingly hard to find. If you choose to leave the same will happen at the end of your discounted deal with whoever you go with. Once you've been away for 18 months you'll be able to rejoin and benefit from new customer discounts.
