Recontracted, but double the new customer price
I've re contracted for 24 months, dropping sky cinema, and just looked at my first new contract bill. my bill is £44, where it is advertised as £22 for new customers including netflix as standard, my bill has netflix at an additional cost, any idea why I'm being ripped off so hard?

Re: Recontracted, but double the new customer price
Because you're not a new customer?
You must have agreed your new price?
Netflix is always itemised and charged if part of your package. (Even if included)
I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
