Early termination Fee
Sky have taken money from my bank account in payment for early termination of my broadband contract. I have not however had a letter or message to confirm I have paid. This is poor service and I gather you legally have to do so.

It will be shown in your bill, just as with every other payment you've made to Sky.

You are only talking to other Sky customers on here so you can view your bill via the MySky app or online here:
