Up for renewal and went through the usual game of getting put through to the 'values' team. Been with Sky 23 years (they tell me) so have always been offered a decent discount in the past.
Not this time. My £107 monthly fee will revert to £155 when contract elapses. The best price offered today was £145 to commit for two years. In the past there has always been another team who provided a better price.
We are potentially moving house soon so considering cancelling Sky Q and looking at Sky Stream in my wife's name at the new place but not read amazing reviews on the difference between the two services. Price seems much lower though.
Has anyone else seen this new approach to loyal customers or is it just me!
