Recommend

Hi i recommend a new customer & it's saying I have claimed my reward ? I don't recall doing this can you please advise ?

You don't need to claim your reward. It's sent to you automatically by email once all the formalities are complete. See Sky's help guide here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/introduce-a-friend-b
