Sky VIP tenure back to 0 years

Just ordered Sky Broadband to add to my existing Sky products and my VIP tenure has changed from 24 years to zero!! Why is this and how can I get it back?

Glitch. Happened to me too, though not with broadband. Speak to Sky and they'll be able to put it right.
