Really fed up

I have tried absolutely everything suggested in these support pages. Got involved in a WhatsApp conversation with a support agent who basically asked me to perform all such "fixes" and then suggested I reset the whole phone with I am not prepared to do. I am now refusing to pay any bills until they sorted this....now they are putting me through to a billing agent....[removed]. We pay sky over €160 per month for all services. I implore anyone who is experiencing this issue to do the same

Can you start from the beginning and explain what you issue is with your phone ?

I don't.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

@TheDesser do be aware that refusing to pay your bills will almost certainly guarantee you no help from Sky (and you won't be able to cancel either).
