Respectfully I'm paying £46 for internet tht isn't reliable something need to change call me

Sorry @Kenneth21 but as this is where customers help each other nobody will call you due to you posting on here as you need to call Sky yourself.

 

You say it isn't reliable so what is happening, does the connection keep dropping ?
