I am currently out of contract and paid my last bill of £123.50 on 1st Sept. I cancelled all my Sky products today. I was informed that I will officially be cut off on 21st Sept, However I will still have to pay another bill of £79 on 1st Oct. Is this right or will I be reemburst some of my money?

This is correct as billing continues through the notification period so the 1st October bill will be created on 17th September so when you are a customer. Once you have left the overpayment will appear on your account as a credit and can be refunded on what will have been your next billing date on 1st November and help can be arranged for you via here so feel free to post back to this topic so someone can escalate your post to Sky's messaging team. Your payment details need to remain in place though otherwise a cheque will have to be sent out and this is a much slower process.
