Sky stream cancel

I've had my sky hub replaced due to performance issues.  Tonight the sky stream starting messing up, and when I looked on the app it said there was an issue with my broadband.

I've had lass than 80Mb/s for two weeks so they've said I can cancel at nil cost. 

Can I cancel sky stream too? 

because obviously I cannot use it if the broadband is poor.

You would need to ask Sky of this but if you are beyond the cooling off period of 31 days they are within their rights to not let you cancel.
