Re-contract offer

My contract expires soon and I received email today offering me to stay for £103 a month I am only paying £81 a month at moment It's looking like I will be leaving sky that's a joke of a offer

You will always get a better deal by contacting them.  Possibly even better with retentions if you are going to leave.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

I would never take up anything you receive by email because as stated above Sky can offer better deals over the phone.

  • When your minimum term(contract by any other name) ends so do your discounts and your package may be well over £103 per month.
  • I would call Sky asap and try to renegotiate "politely but firmly" a deal that suits you.
Passing on the tips I have learned in over 25 years as a more than satisfied Sky customer.
