My services were suspended due to unpaid bill which had been paid yet when I click to restore service it just comes up with sorry something went wrong

Have you also re-setup up a continuous card payment or direct debit on your account?
Also when did you pay the bill, as it can sometimes takes up to 24 hours for the money to clear into Sky's account and the restrictions to thus be lifted.

@MarkGoldsmith I assume it is because it has been less than 24 hours however, if this is the case it should not give me the option to restore service and state that my amount due is £0 and to click restore only for it not to work
