I was supposed to be refunded on the 18th July
I am still awaiting my £101 refund to be paid into my bank account as assured by customer service agent Norrelle on the 11th July 2024. I was assured it would be paid.
this is a disgrace as my subscription ended earlier this year and you took money from my account regardless

That might be the case @Arthur+kelly but for money to be refunded it will firstly appear as a credit on your account so if the credit is still there we can arrange some help for you via here, if it isn't then it could well have been refunded.
