MySky Your account is not authorised to access the my sky app

I have this issue - was using the app now all of a sudden unable to access the app with above msg

Prior to that it would not let me view bills say unauthorised

Whilst can access account via website would like to access via the app - any help pplease

What have you tried so far, logging out the n back in again or perhaps deleting then installing the app once more. If these don't work then you will have to find a way to contact Sky as we can not escalate your post as this is currently not available.

All above re removing all and logging back in etc

it had been working until recently yet nothing had changed 

so frustrating

All you can do is to either use social media or call Sky to report this error to them if the login details you are using is correct.
