Sky chat and phone line not working

I'm trying to cancel my broadband - all phone numbers are down due to 'technical issue' and the 'chat with us' is unavailable.

 

How am I supposed to cancel?

Not aware of any phone issues to the call centres. The below link shows chat being available. 


The below link explains how to switch to an alternative provider or the various methods on cancelling completely.

If you cancel before your contract ends (minimum term), you might have to pay an early termination charge (Sky will notify you if you do and how much they’ll charge).

NOTE: One Touch Switching only applies to broadband and Talk and not a TV subscription.

Return packaging for any equipment Sky expect back will be sent out to you near the end of the 14 day notice period. Remember to keep any proof of posting indefinitely.

Are you planning to go to another provider because you could use the switching service which means you do not need to cancel via Sky:

When I login this is what it shows: Unavailable. 

Have you tried calling a phone right now? Doesn't work.

I haven't tried calling as I don't need to contact Sky

I see that to when logged out.  
But once you sign in - it says unavailable.
