Issues with adding extras.

I’m getting frustrated with being stuck in an endless loop of talking to a bot instead of a real person. I did call the other day, but the issue was brushed off as “just a glitch.”

Since renewing my contract about a month ago, I’ve been unable to add extras such as TNT Sports, Ad Skipping, or UHD. The only add-on I can select is “Whole Home.” I have no idea why this is happening, but it’s quite annoying—especially since I sometimes use free trials or just want Ad Skipping for a month at a time.

Has anyone else had this issue, or know how to fix it? I’ve already tried on both the app and the website without success.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

@Dansmith16 the online systems can glitch but where you cannot add an item it is often because you dont qualify for the offer and rather than telling you that the action just fails. A lot of the trial offers are only available once so if you had one before and cancelled oddly they wont let you do the same thing again.

Thanks for the reply. I actually had someone from tech ring me and confirm my account is playing up. It's not even the offers I'm talking even with no offers I can't add tnt sport or cinema or anything to my account if I want too. Even at full price. Something they have to send for specialist to sort apparently
