When I go to click on the new sky glass tv's I comes up saying invalid payment details and that have a outstanding balance apparently but my account is update up to date and all accounts paid via DD.

You will have to call Sky about this so they can help you with this.

 

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
