Refund email response but unable to change address for postal chegue

Received an email about a credit refund , called the number provided and an automated message only gave me the option to enter my account number which has been inactive for 12 months before a message saying I would receive a cheque to the address listed with the account within 14 days. As I have moved , how do I change this prior to postage ?

Thanks for that , I googled many different contact numbers for Sky broadband and eventually got through to an advisor who could help me and they changed the address for the account but also changed the payment method for the refund , instead of a cheque to my old address , I will receive a refund into the account I used to pay the direct debit with. So situation resolved , does take some digging to get in touch with sky by phone though, but all good now.

If you still have access to the account and you can setup your payment method we can ask Sky's messaging team to contact you via here about this as they might be able to then issue the refund to you via that payment method.
